Application process and resources

Here’s what you can expect to happen after you apply to an open role at Ezee2Host.

1. Application review

Your resume will be reviewed by a real person . If selected for an interview, a recruiter will reach out within 2-3 weeks to schedule a video call via Google Meet.

2. Recruiter interview

A member of our recruiting team will conduct an initial interview over Google Meet.

3. Talking interview

The hiring manager for the role will conduct a 45-minute interview through google meet where they will ask questions and check the resume.

4. Team interviews

Candidates get to meet with several other members of the team in a series of interviews. Depending on the role, there will be an assessment included in the process.

5. Offer extended

We will extend an offer to successful candidates with full compensation and benefits details.

6. Become a Shark!

New Sharks receive IT equipment and go through comprehensive remote onboarding sessions as part of their orientation.
